PDFs are everywhere — contracts, invoices, reports, scanned forms — but the tools to work with them are usually clunky, slow, or require uploading sensitive documents to a remote server. We built pdfeditorai.com to change that. Our goal is to deliver a complete PDF workspace that runs in your browser, keeps your files on your device whenever possible, and uses AI only when it genuinely helps you finish a task faster.
What we do
We offer 40+ PDF tools across organization (merge, split, reorder, rotate), conversion (Word, Excel, JPG, HTML), optimization (compress, repair, flatten), security (protect, unlock, redact, sign), editing, and AI workflows (OCR, summarize, chat with PDF, compare). Most operations run entirely in your browser using Web Workers and modern Web APIs — your files never leave your device. AI features process only the minimum text needed to answer your question.
Privacy first
We don't sell your data. We don't train models on your documents. Standard tools (merge, split, rotate, compress, watermark, page numbers, and so on) execute client-side — we never see your PDFs. For AI tools that require server processing, we extract and send only the text needed for that specific task, and we delete it from our processing pipeline as soon as we return your result.
