1. Agreement
By accessing or using pdfeditorai.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by BAWFSO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
2. The Service
pdfeditorai.com provides browser-based and AI-assisted tools for working with PDF files. Most tools run entirely on your device. Some AI features call external models on your behalf.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You may not share an account with multiple users.
4. Plans, billing & quota
- The Free plan includes a daily quota per tool.
- Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from your account; access remains until the end of the paid period.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, or violates third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineer or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside our responsible-disclosure policy.
- Use the Service to send spam, malware, or to harass others.
- Circumvent quotas, scraping limits, or authentication.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the PDFs and content you process. Because processing is local, we generally do not see your content. For opt-in AI features, you grant us the minimal license required to transmit the content to the AI provider and return a response.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, branding, copy, and design, is the property of BAWFSO LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The pdfeditorai and Airvago names and logos are trademarks of BAWFSO LLC.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, and AI providers (Google, OpenAI). Their terms apply to the parts of the Service that depend on them.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific result. Always keep a backup of important files before processing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAWFSO LLC and its officers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
